  • Drainers vs. Fillers: Identify the specific tasks, people, and environments that suck your energy dry, and learn how to balance them with “Fillers” that actually work for you.
  • The Emotional Bank Account: Learn to budget your energy. If your shift is a “withdrawal,” how do you make a “deposit” before your next one?
  • Micro-Boundaries: Learn the power of the “Professional No.” Discover how setting small boundaries with clients and employers can prevent massive burnout.
  • The Burnout Early Warning System: Identify your personal “Amber Light” signals—the physical and mental signs that you are reaching your limit—before you hit the “Red Light” of exhaustion.
  • Sensory Resetting: Quick techniques to reset your nervous system after a sensory-heavy or high-intensity shift.

Students must attend the training session.

By the end of this 30-minute session, you will:

  1. Create your personal “Energy Map” identifying your top 3 Drainers and Fillers.
  2. Develop a 10-minute “Daily Maintenance” routine that fits into a busy schedule.
  3. Identify three non-negotiable boundaries to protect your mental health.
