At AA Academy, we are dedicated to providing you with the support you need to succeed in your studies. We understand that returning to study after a break, or starting a course in a new country, can be challenging. You may need help developing your study skills or strengthening your reading, writing, or numeracy abilities.
When you complete your enrolment form, you will have the opportunity to share any areas where you feel you might need extra support. Depending on your chosen course, you may also complete a language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) assessment to help us identify how we can best support you.
Based on your enrolment information or LLN assessment results, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your individual support needs. You can also talk about your support requirements during your course induction.
We offer a wide range of services to help you succeed, including:
Our Student Support Officer is available throughout your studies to help you with any academic or personal issues you might encounter. They will provide advice, guidance, or referrals to ensure you receive the assistance you need.
You can find more detailed information in our Student Handbook.
