Enrolment Procedure for International Students

Get Started:First, fill out the application form completely and accurately. This is your first step towards becoming part of the Melbourne City College Australia community. 

Gather your essential documents, including a clear copy of your passport and all your academic transcripts. These documents will help us understand your educational background and ensure you meet our entry requirements.

Demonstrate your English language skills by providing your IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL scores, or by completing our free placement test. This ensures you’ll be ready to succeed in your studies.

Once we receive your completed application and all supporting documents, our dedicated enrolment team will thoroughly review your application. This involves carefully assessing your qualifications and ensuring you meet all the requirements.

If your application is successful, you’ll receive an Offer Letter, welcoming you to Melbourne City College Australia! This letter outlines your course details, fees, and important dates.

After receiving your Offer Letter, you’ll need to pay the enrolment fee and a portion of your tuition fees. Once this is done, you can request a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), a vital document for your visa application.

We’ll issue your CoE, which allows you to apply for a student visa (subclass 500) from your home country. This visa will permit you to study at Melbourne City College Australia.
